Worship

Our worship is rightly centered on word and sacrament - on thanksgiving and praise - of Almighty God. Our primary worship texts are the Book of Common Prayer and the Hymnal, 1982; you will also find biblical and musical texts for worship printed in the service bulletin.

Worship at St. John’s is coordinated by our Rector, the Worship Committee and the Vestry's liaison to the Worship Committee.  If you would like to serve in one of the groups that assist worship or music at St. John’s, please contact Nancy Garvin, parish secretary.
